To reschedule or cancel, go to the original booking confirmation email and select the ‘View or Change My Appointment’ button. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be refunded within 5 – 10 working days as long as there are more than 48hrs before your appointment.
Before your appointment please ensure you follow the pre-appointment curly hair prep (applies to all hair textures).
